Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B),120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is in custody since 25.11.2019. There is general and omnibus allegation against the husband of the victim and others to have committed dowry death. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is victim of over implication and is ready to cooperate with the trial. There is nothing to substantiate that the petitioner is going to tamper with the evidence.

In the aforesaid circumstance, there is no need for further detention of the petitioner as under trial prisoner, hence

No.30802 of 2020(3) dt.19-01-2021 2/2 let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Chiraiya Police Station Case No.542 of 2019 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
