The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 52 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. From perusal of the seizure list, it appears that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Further he submits that petitioner is not the owner of the alleged vehicle. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.41331 of 2021(2) dt.11-03-2022 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the 2nd Additional Sessions Judgecum-Special Judge, Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 52 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
