2. Due to inadvertence, in the petition on the part of the petitioner in the order dated 21.04.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 79006 of 2024, the father's name of the petitioner in cause title has wrongly been mentioned as "Late Medani Paswan".

3. It is further stated that due to inadvertence the name (Rajesh Kumar@) in the cause title has not been incorporated in the order dated 21.04.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 79006 of 2024.

4. In view of the above, the modification stands allowed. Let Late Medani Paswan be read as "Bhola Paswan"

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33841 of 2025(2) dt.19-05-2025 2/2 and the name of the petitioner be read as "Rajesh Kumar @ Rajesh Paswan @ Rajesh Kumar Paswan in the cause title of order dated 21.04.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 79906 of 2024.

5. In view of the time to surrender of petitioner, above named and furnishing bail bonds granted in terms of order dated 21.04.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 79006 of 2024 is extended by another two weeks from the production/communication of a copy of this order.

6. Accordingly, the modification application stands disposed of.
