In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Giriyak P.S. Case No.40 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Earlier, the petitioners have moved before this Court for anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 26626 of 2018 and this Court vide order dated 03.05.2018 rejected the anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60658 of 2018(2) dt.03-10-2018 2/2 In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
