2. It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that the present application has been filed for restoration of the Contempt Petition bearing M.J.C. No. 3371 of 2019, which stood dismissed for non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 06.10.2023.

3. In view of the averments made in the present application, the restoration application stands allowed.
