2. From the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the University, it appears that University has sought clarification from the Director, Higher Education, Department of Education, Govt. of Bihar, Patna vide order dated 19.12.2016 with regard to sanction of post of Computer Operator in the University.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has drawn attention to this Court about the stand taken by the University.

4. In the counter affidavit where they admit that the post of Computer Operator has been sanctioned in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.14069 of 2013 dt.29-10-2018 2/2 University.

5. In view of the clarification sought by the University vide order dated 19.12.2016 (Annexure-8) to the supplementary counter affidavit, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the State Government to provide necessary guidelines to the University in the matter of sanction of post of Computer Operator in the Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University.

6. Necessary guidelines in this regard may be made available to the University by the Director, Higher Education within a maximum period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and after the guideline available to the University, the University is required to do needful in connection with regular appointment of the petitioner in accordance with law within a further period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

7. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
