1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The regular bail application has been filed in terms of the liberty granted to the petitioner by an order dated 11.01.2023 in Cr. Misc. No.873 of 2023 whereby petitioner was given liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charges against the petitioner has been framed by an order dated 01.12.2023 as would manifest from Annexure-4 to the bail application.

4. Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, is

No.41937 of 2025(2) dt.27-06-2025 2/2 directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Bettiah, West Champaran/ successor Court in connection with Sessions Trial No.325 of 2023 arising out of Lauriya P. S. Case No.183 of 2020.

6. The application stands allowed.

7. However, in the event, if the learned trial Court comes to a conclusion that the petitioner after his release is trying to delay the trial in any manner, the learned trial Court shall forthwith cancel his bail bonds after recording reasons. (Satyavrat Verma, J) vikash/- U T
