JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 10-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; learned AC to AAG 5 for the State and Mr. Sanjay Prakash Verma, learned counsel for the Patna Municipal Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the 'Corporation').
2. In terms of the order dated 25.06.2019, 3rd supplementary show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite parties no. 2 and 3, in which material has been brought on record to indicate that in compliance of the order dated 14.07.2015 passed
Patna High Court MJC No.1202 of 2016 dt.10-07-2019 2/2 in CWJC No. 3320 of 2015, earlier payments had been made and finally an amount of Rs. 88,121/- has been transferred into the account of the petitioner. Learned counsel submitted that this is the full and final payment in terms of what has been done with all similarly situated employees of the Corporation.
3. Having considered the matter, the Court finds that the order of the Court dated 14.07.2015, stands complied with.
