In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No. 38 of 2018 (G.R. No.194 of 2018), registered for the offence punishable under Sections 377 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act.

Allegation has been made that the petitioner has enticed the grandson of the informant, aged about 10 years, and committed unnatural intercourse with him and when the child started crying then the petitioner put his hand on the mouth of the boy.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59008 of 2018(2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
