JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 23-11-2020 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Chandramandih P.S. Case No. 144 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 304(B), 201 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is the father-in-law of the deceased, has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 29.12.2019. Learned counsel submits that the husband of the deceased is already in custody.
Considering the fact that the petitioner is the father-inlaw of the deceased, husband of the deceased is already in custody and the petitioner has remained in custody for nearly 11 months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to him. The petitioner,
