Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the Office, within a period of four weeks.
The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered under Sections 302, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

No.31872 of 2022(2) dt.01-11-2022 2/3 The prosecution case, in short, is while the informant along with family members was on the way, the accused persons assaulted them due to which they sustained injuries. Due to assault, the mother of the informant succumbed to the injury. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. The petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. General and omnibus allegations have been levelled against the petitioners. Subsequently, in course of the investigation, the police had submitted final form against the petitioners. The Court below differed with the said police report and took cognizance against the petitioners.
On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhepura in connection with
