The second last paragraph of page no.2 of the order dated 13.05.2022 in Cr. Misc. No.72616 of 2021 is modified to read as "one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his brother-in-law, Satish Kumar" instead of one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his father, Raghunath Ram as it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the father of the petitioner died much earlier to the filing of the bail application. Accordingly, the order dated 13.05.2022 in Cr. Misc. No.72616 of 2021 is modified to the extent indicated above. (Satyavrat Verma, J) vikash/- U T
