2. The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and apprehending his arrest in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 1018 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(2), 317(2) of BNS.
3. As per FIR petitioner alleged to snatch mobile phone from informant alongwith other co-accused person.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that out of local dispute and differences, the apprehended co-accused person namely, Akash Kumar named this petitioner. It is pointed out

No.30761 of 2026(2) dt.12-05-2026 2/3 that both mobile phones which alleged to be snatched by Akash Kumar was seized immediately upon his arrest and, therefore, the investigation of this case on material aspects appears concluded and as such sending this petitioner behind bar shall not serve any purpose of justice. It is further submitted that except suspicions arising out of disclosure of apprehended co-accused persons nothing incriminating material appears available against this petitioner. Petitioner claimed clean antecedent.
5. Learned APP opposes the prayer of bail.

In view of aforesaid factual submission and by taking note of fact as the petitioner appears implicated on the basis of suspicion arising out of disclosure made by apprehended co-accused person, accordingly petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks, is directed to be released on bail, furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30761 of 2026(2) dt.12-05-2026 3/3 Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM VI, Patna City /concerned Court, where the case is pending in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 1018 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of BNSS.
