Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has retired on 31.12.2015 but his retiral dues has been paid after a delay of four years six months on which no interest has been paid to the petitioner. He further submits that he has filed representation in this regard before the Principal Secretary, Health Services, Bihar, Patna. The copy of the representation has not been annexed along with this writ application.

Patna High Court CWJC No.6412 of 2017(7) dt.27-02-2023 2/2 In view of the aforesaid, this writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Principal Secretary (Respondent No. 6), regarding his claim of interest within a period of four months and if such a representation is filed, the respondent No. 6 is directed to dispose the same in accordance with law by a reasoned order within a further period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a representation.
