The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Goraul (Kartaha OP) P.S. Case No. 377 of 2012, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 341, 323, 324, 504, 427, 379 and 153(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case in brief is that while the informant was going to Mahua by his motorcycle, on the way he saw that some people are beating his villager Md. Mahtab and Samir Sah. Informant stopped his motorcycle and asked as to why they are beating Mahtab and Samir, then co-accused Pappu Rai and Deepnarayan Rai snatched the key of his motorcycle. Pankaj Rai assaulted him with butt of pistol. Petitioner is also alleged to involved in beating the informant.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul (Kartaha OP) P.S. Case No. 377 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
