JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-03-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order/s, direction commanding the respondents specially the respondent no. 4 to consider the public petition dated 29.08.2013 given in his Janta Darbar whereby and whereunder the drown trodden people of ward no. 5 of Tejpurwa Gram Panchayat of Paharpur Block has prayed to shift the place for construction of building of Anganbari Centre No.

Patna High Court CWJC No.21201 of 2013(6) dt.17-03-2023 2/2 32 to the premises of Govt. Primary School, Ahirauliya in place of the site selected in Latiya Tola as the ward in question is consisting of two tolas, firstly Ahirauliya inhabited by about 700 beneficiaries mostly belonging to weaker section of society and secondly Latiya Tola inhabited by only about 300 beneficiaries belonging to the dominant section of society."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari for redressal of his subsisting grievances.

Liberty so sought is granted.
