2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have sent a reminder dated 27.04.2023 for re-writing their Jamabandi appertaining to Jamabandi Nos. 196 and 201 (Annexure-P/9 to the writ petition) before the respondent authorities. He submits that a direction may be given to the concerned respondents to dispose of the aforesaid case.

3. In view of the nature of prayer made in the writ petition, let concerned respondent authorities dispose of aforesaid petitioners' application (reminder) in accordance with law after hearing the parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order.
