2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 01.07.2013 passed in CWJC No. 8307 of 2012.

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that the order of the writ court stands complied with and invites reference in this regard to the supplementary show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 4.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly accepts the stand of the opposite parties.

5. Having regard to the above, MJC No. 2770 of 2015 stands disposed of.
