The petitioner is in custody in connection with Case No.97C2 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 30(a) & (c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 07.04.2019. He further submits that in the instant case total 50 liters liquor and 150 Kg Jawa Mahua were seized. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District Judge-II, Jamui-cum-
