This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Karaiparsurai P.S. Case No. 32 of 2020, disclosing offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this application has become infructuous as the petitioner has been released on bail under Section 167(2) of the Cr.P.C. from the court below.
