JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02/ 28.09.2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Amas P. S. case no. 222/2017 registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 353, 427 and 504 of the IPC. Although petitioners are named in the first information report but no specific overt-act has been attributed against the petitioners.

Para 3 of the petition reveals that the petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59235 of 2018 (2) dt.28-09-2018 as well as submissions of the parties, in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sherghati, Gaya in Amas P. S. case no. 222/2017 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
