JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 31-08-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 22.11.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16443/ 2021.
It is submitted that subsequently Similarly situated accused Amarjeet Singh and Dilip Kumar Singh have already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 09.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11143/2022 with Cr. Misc. No. 12094/ 2022 on the ground that no evidence has been collected during the course of investigation showing, prima facie, complicity of the petitioners in the subject crime. Petitioner is in custody since 22.10.2020.
Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31728 of 2022(4) dt.31-08-2022 2/2 prayer for bail.
Considering the facts of the case and the period of custody of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-IX, Begusarai in connection with Bhagwanpur PS case No.250/ 2020..
