2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 352 and 109 of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner snatched mobile phone of the informant and also assaulted him with bamboo stick, due to which, informant sustained multiple injuries.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. F.I.R. has been lodged after a delay of 5 days and there is no plausible explanation of delay. Injuries, allegedly caused by petitioner, are simple in nature. Petitioner is in custody since 25.03.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 513 of 2024.
