JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 02-09-2019 The only grievance of the petitioner is with regard to non-payment of the group insurance amount and the revision of pay scale on the basis of the 6th Pay Revision recommendation as also payment of arrears of pension on the basis of the revised pay scale.

The learned counsel for the respondent BSFC has submitted that till date none of the employees of the BSFC have applied for payment of group insurance benefits and in fact

Patna High Court CWJC No.9453 of 2019(3) dt.02-09-2019 2/2 neither the petitioner nor her husband has ever applied for payment of group insurance amount. As far as the revision of salary/ pension on the basis of the 6th Pay Revision recommendation is concerned, the respondent Corporation in its 143rd Meeting of the Board of Directors held on 17.08.2015 has resolved to stay the payments of benefits of 6th Pay Revision since the Corporation is running in loss.

The learned counsel for the respondents submits that whenever the other employees are paid the aforesaid amount, the case of the petitioner shall also be considered for payment of the same.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent Corporation for redressal of his aforesaid grievances.
