2. The present modification application has been filed for modify the order dated 21.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6570 of 2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertently the father's name of the petitioner (Md. Kalam) has been wrongly mentioned in the anticipatory bail petition as Late Illiyas but in fact the father of the petitioner is still alive and the father's name of the petitioner is Md. Maisul @ Md. Mahfuj which was recorded in the order dated 21.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6570 of 2024 as per bail application.

4. Let in cause title of the order dated 21.03.2024 the father's name of the petitioner be treated as corrected to read as "Md. Maisul @ Md. Mahfuj" in place of "Late Illiyas".

5. The order dated 21.03.2024 is modified to the extent above.

6. The time for surrender and furnishing bail bond granted to the petitioner in terms of the order dated 21.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6570 of 2024 is extended by two weeks from today.

7. Accordingly, the modification application stands disposed of.
