The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Section 366-A read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that the petitioners and his son have taken away the daughter of the informant for the purposes of marriage with Manu Tiwari. But later on the informant has sworn an affidavit that under wrong information he has lodged a case, as there was love affairs of her daughter with Manu Tiwari and they have entered into marriage.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58808 of 2018 (2) dt.06-10-2018 2 /2 petitioners, namely, Dinesh Tiwari and Kiran Devi, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, District - Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Natwar P.S. Case No.16 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
