Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,353,307 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act, 3/4 of Explosive Substance Act and Sections 13,16,18 and 20 of U.L.P. Act.

Petitioner is not named in the FIR. Petitioner is a female. Her name has surfaced in the statement of a witness during investigation. Petitioner is in custody since 08.07.2019. She was not put on T.I. Parade during investigation of the case. Considering the facts of this case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30815 of 2020(2) dt.27-11-2020 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kawakol Police Station Case No.45 of 2014 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the learned court below.
