2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 325, 498(A) and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Avtar Nagar P.S.Case No. 135 of 2023.

3. According to allegation, the petitioner had illicit relation with Savita Devi residing in Delhi with her. He badly assaulted the informant, as submitted by the learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner not only tortured the informant but tortured her old mother as well.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32816 of 2025(4) dt.09-10-2025 2/2 that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. He is a 67 years old person afflicted with multifarious ailments. It is further submitted that the present case has been lodged only to exert pressure to grab the property of the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also keeping in view the allegation against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant him the privilege of anticipatory bail, which is hereby rejected.
