This Court vide order dated 06.01.2016 passed in the main writ petition has directed the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur, to examine the case of the petitioner and pass necessary orders within a period of three weeks from the date of

Patna High Court MJC No.4299 of 2016(4) dt.02-05-2018 2/2 passing of the order.

In the show-cause, it has been stated that the Committee has examined the case of the petitioner and taken decision on 03.04.2018.

In such view of the matter, there is no need to keep the matter pending and it is not a case where the Court should initiate a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties. Hence, this contempt proceeding is dropped. The petitioner, if so advised, may challenge the order dated 03.04.2018 before the appropriate forum.
