The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Sarairanjan P.S. Case No.71 of 2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 354(C), 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012. Allegation has been made against the petitioner that he has taken a photograph of victim girl and made it viral. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
