2. The present M.J.C. has been preferred for compliance of the order dated 08.01.2013 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 10960 of 2010 by which directions were issued to the State

Patna High Court MJC No.3188 of 2013(7) dt.02-05-2024 2/2 Government relating to the employees of the Bihar State Sugar Corporation Limited.

3. The last show cause is filed on behalf of the Sugarcane Industries Limited (opposite party no. 2, 5 and 7) in which memo no. 302 dated 01.02.2024 and memo no. 10 also dated 01.20.2024, both issued by the Principal Secretary of the said Department and addressed to the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna and the District Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah respectively have been attached to show that necessary steps have been taken after approval of the Departmental Minister for payment of the employees including the petitioners herein.

4. This Court is satisfied that the necessary steps have been undertaken by the opposite parties towards payment.

5. In that background, the M.J.C. No. 3188 of 2013 stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners that if they are still aggrieved, they will have the liberty to knock the doors of the Patna High Court.
