====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 19-01-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 27 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 188, 341, 353, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegation against the petitioners is that they were involved in disturbing peace and tranquility, as the route approved for Jhanki was sought to be changed by the petitioners and others, which has the potency of disturbing communal harmony. However, with the police force, the Jhanki was allowed to move as per the approved route and notwithstanding the action of the petitioners and others, the administration obviated communal tension. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

No.31136 of 2020(2) dt.19-01-2021 2/2 Considering the fact that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent, the petitioners named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 27 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
