Considering the direct and specific allegation made against the petitioner that he assaulted the informant with knife which hit is eye finds supports from the injuries found on the person of the informant, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.

Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
