Also the Advocates and the Staffs joined the proceedings through Video Conferencing from their residences/offices.) 12-01-2022 Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s): "That the petitioner prays for issuance of an appropriate writ /writs, order /orders, direction /directions for quashing the communication/decision dated 12.07.2021 by which the Bid submitted by the petitioner has been rejected as non responsive- the bidder does not comply with the S.B.D's clause-4.2(g) (i) that banker certificate which is issued without any risk and responsibility of any official of the

However the authority has not considered the reply/protest dated 17.04.2021 and the S.B.D's clause 4.2 (h) which states as authority to seek references from the bidders bankers and further the authority has not considered the further certificate of the bank dated 10.06.2021. The petitioner further prays for dispose off the present case in the 1ight of order dated 06.08.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. no. 14425/2018 and the respondent may reconsider the bid which has been submitted in the light of advertisement been dated 23.12.2020.

And for the any other relief the petitioner may be found entitled."

After the matter was heard for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition for the reason that the grievances of the petitioner stand redressed.

Petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. Interlocutory application, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
