Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned APP for the State.

The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 04.03.2020, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55607 of 2019, by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail. For the reasons disclosed in the application, it is allowed and the time granted by order dated 04.03.2020 passed in Cr.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40698 of 2021(2) dt.28-09-2022 2/2 Misc. No. 55607 of 2019 for surrender of the petitioner and furnishing bail bond is extended by further four weeks from today. At the time of surrender, the petitioner shall furnish the receipt showing deposit of Rs. 5,000/- to the District Legal Services Authority. The learned court below shall ensure the other direction given while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner vide order dated 04.03.2020 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 55607 of 2019.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
