Having perused the application filed by the petitioner and the record of CWJC No.4208 of 2014, I find that in paragraph 4 of the judgment dated 20.02.2017 passed in CWJC No.4208 of 2014 on page 3 in the 5th line, the figure Rs.4,81,500/- has been wrongly typed in place of Rs.4,815.00/-.

Patna High Court MJC No.1342 of 2017(3) dt.12-02-2020 2/2 Let the same be correctly read as Rs.4,815.00/-. The aforestated order dated 20.02.2017 passed in CWJC No.4208 of 2014 is modified to the extent indicated above.

The application stands allowed.
