Petitioner's counsel submits that it is his instruction that process has been initiated for selection of Sevika at Sahtola Anganbari Kendra, Centre no. 75. He submits that during earlier selection process he was debarred. His name was added in the electoral roll of ward no. 9 by mistake which has been rectified. Without expressing any merits on the submissions made
Patna High Court CWJC No.16413 of 2013 dt.11-07-2018 2/2 by the counsel for the petitioner since he wants to participate in the selection process which has been initiated for selecting the Sevika of centre in question, this Court would dispose off of the instant writ petition and the petitioner would be at liberty to make his application which should be considered as per qualifications prescribed.
