Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the father of the petitioner died in harness on 03.01.2016. Considering the fact that the Madarsa, in question, is aided by the Government, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ application in order to approach the Madarsa Rahmania Ekraha (Madarsa No. 338), Araria for consideration of his case for compassionate appointment on humanitarian ground in accordance with law.

Necessary decision in this regard may be taken by the Madarsa Rahmania Ekraha (Madarsa No. 338), Araria/Madarsa
