The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that her minor daughter was kidnapped by Baso (son of the petitioner) and when she went to complain, the petitioner assaulted her.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case for the reason that he is father of Baso, it is next submitted that Baso has been arrested and he is in custody since 29.01.2022.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31948 of 2022(2) dt.22-11-2022 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 341 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
