2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Manikpur P.S. Case No. 108 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 329(4), 64 of the BNS, 2023 and Sec- 4 of POCSO Act.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner sexually ravished the victim, who is a minor girl of 14 years of age.

4. The learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail by submitting that the petitioner taking undue advantage of absence of parents of the victim, entered into her house and committed rape upon the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36479 of 2025(3) dt.24-11-2025 2/2 minor girl (victim) of 14 years of age. There is direct allegation against the petitioner of committing rape upon the victim.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, in my view, the petitioner does not deserve privilege of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, it is rejected. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) priyanka/- U T
