1. Even on several occasions, the petitioner was directed to file rejoinder to the counter affidavit but no rejoinder has been filed by the counsel for the petitioner till date. On 15.09.2023, when the matter was called, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner but on that day, petitioner was again directed to file rejoinder by the next date of hearing, in case the rejoinder is not filed, the matter will be decided on merits.

2. Even today, when the matter is listed under the heading "For Orders", neither the rejoinder has been filed nor there is any
