The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 609 of 2020 registered under Sections 30 and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. On perusal of seizure list, it is apparent that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31067 of 2020(3) dt.05-03-2021 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Saran at Chapra in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 609 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
