This application has been filed for modification of the order, dated 18.02.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9596 of 2019, whereby the petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail and were directed to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of the order. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, while praying for extension of time to surrender, submits that the petitioners could not surrender before the learned Court below within the stipulated time granted by this Court as they live outside for their livlihood and the said order could not be communicated to them in time.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40486 of 2019(2) dt.25-09-2019 2/2 Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the parties, the time granted to the petitioners to surrender before the learned Court below for furnishing bail bond by order dated 18.02.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9596 of 2019, is hereby extended by six weeks from today.

This application is allowed with the modification as above.
