JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 2/ 26-09-2018 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 17.07.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.24738 of 2018 by which petitioner has been granted provisional anticipatory bail in connection with Khodawandpur P.S. Case No.130 of 2017 to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Manjhaul, Begusarai, with certain conditions. Counsel for the petitioner submits that she could not deposit first installment as directed by this Court due to her illness. Xerox copy of the doctor's certificate is annexed as Annexure-2.

In view of such, four weeks' further time from the date of receipt of this order is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below and in that event, the Court below will release the petitioner on same terms and conditions as mentioned in order dated 17.07.2018 passed in Cr. Misc.

This Modification Application is, accordingly, allowed.
