2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. Earlier, the pre-arrest bail application of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 22.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20644 of 2022.

4. No fresh ground has been made out by the petitioner for reconsideration of his pre-arrest bail application. Regard being had to the allegation made in F.I.R., Court not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
