The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation has been made for kidnapping of the victim girl, but the statement of the victim girl shows that she had an affair with the petitioner and she has already entered into marriage.
