2. Pursuant to the order dated 28.02.2024, the Circle Officer, Patna Sadar have appeared personally in this Court.

3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the State that the case for cancellation of Jamabandi has been recommended by the Circle Officer, Patna Sadar as it has been found that the construction in question is on an encroached land and illegal Jamabandi has been created.
