The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Baunsi P.S. Case No.96 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 366A, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners and they have been made accused because they happen to be the parents and other relatives of co-accused Abu Talim, who is alleged to have taken away the daughter of the informant, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks from today, they are directed to be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60499 of 2018(2) dt.11-12-2018 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Baunsi P.S. Case No.96 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
