This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Marhowrah (Goura O.P.) P.S. Case No. 302 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506, 509, 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41790 of 2021(2) dt.12-04-2022 2/2 permission to withdraw this bail application on behalf of petitioner nos. 3 and 6, above named.

Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn as against petitioner nos. 3 and 6, above named. So far as the bail of petitioner nos. 1, 2, 4, 5, 7 and 8 is concerned, the same is allowed considering the fact that there are general and omnibus allegations against them. Accordingly, let the petitioner nos. 1, 2, 4, 5, 7 and 8, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Marhowrah (Goura O.P.) P.S. Case No. 302 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
