The petitioner has filed this petition for transfer of Matrimonial Case No.1205 of 2015 from the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Rohtas at Sasaram.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that when the petitioner lodged Complaint Case No.337(C) of 2015 against her husband in the Court of Dehri-on-Sone, Rohtas, her husband filed this petition for restitution of conjugal rights. The

Patna High Court MJC No.1371 of 2017(6) dt.25-02-2020 2/2 petitioner is facing immense problem in pursuing the case in Patna.

Having considered the facts and the difficulties faced by the petitioner, being a lady, the Matrimonial Case No.1205 of 2015 pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna is ordered to be transferred to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Rohtas at Sasaram within one month from the date of receipt of this order. This petition is allowed accordingly.
